Purpose
John 19:30"It is finished."
1 John 4:14"And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent the Son as Savior of the world."
2 Corinthians 5:19"God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not counting men’s sins against them."
The above passages from the New Testament (NT) speak to why Jesus came to earth and what He accomplished while here. Specifically, these three Scriptures, and at least seventy more tell us:
- Jesus came to save everyone, take away the world's sin, and redeem us all.
- He accomplished (past tense) what He came to do. "It is finished."
God redeemed everyone through the death and resurrection of Jesus, and we had nothing to do with it causally.
This is critical to understand, because at the heart of Christian/Catholic orthodoxy is the belief we have everything to do with it, and this sin-aligned premise is the source of all human suffering. Said another way: The fundamental belief in keeping the law (doing the right thing) for righteousness, is the source of all that troubles us individually, and collectively, which is why Christ is the end of the law for righteousness. (Romans 10:4)
Galatians 3:10-12 - For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse; for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who does not continue in all things which are written in the book of the law, to do them.” But that no one is justified by the law in the sight of God is evident, for “the just shall live by faith.” Yet the law is not of faith, but the man who does them shall live by them.”
Today’s Christian/Catholic church insist they don’t teach "the man who does these things will live by them," (justification through what you do and don't do), but they unequivocally do, and that’s why I’ve created this blog, and a book to be published within the blog titled: "You Have Nothing To Do With It.”
Your experience of God does not depend on you, it depends on God. You've been taught it depends on you.
The active spiritual source of your well-being, and it's ongoing animation is because of Him, not you. You've been taught it's because of you.
As of August 2021, FakeYouOut.com contains the Introduction and first six chapters of "You Have Nothing To Do With It". The estimated completion of the final 3 chapters is January 2024.
(Chapters seven through nine will be individually published when finished.)
Upon completion, "You Have Nothing To Do With It" will be available for download as an E-book at a cost determined by you.

1 Corinthians 1:30-31"It is because of Him you are in Christ Jesus, who has become for us wisdom from God, that is our righteousness, holiness, and redemption – as it is written, “let him who boasts, boast in the Lord."
